Suzanne Pugh
Sue, as she's is
known to her friends, is a PADI Scuba Instructor and an AIDA Freediving
Instructor living in Hurghada Egypt for nearly 9 years. She originally
came here to work as the Resort Representative for Regal Dive. As well
as being an AIDA freediving instructor Suzanne is also a PADI SCUBA
Diving instructor and can therefore not only teach you to freedive she
can also help you to reduce your air consumption while SCUBA diving and
teach you how to relax in the water whatever activity you are
undertaking.
Sue freedives in
the warm waters of the Red Sea but has had her taste of cold and dark
waters too. She has competed around the world as a member of the UK
national team since 2002. She is teaching freediving courses with
training dives in the morning and relaxing dives looking at the
beautiful Red Sea Reefs in the afternoon.

AIDA
Freedive Egypt is
the only place you can learn to freedive in Hurghada with a qualified
AIDA freediving instructor. AIDA is the Worldwide Federation for
breath-hold diving, it was established in 1992 and is the organization
that manages and oversees the recognition of records, organises
competitions, and sets the standards for freedive education. Since 1993,
AIDA International has officiated 213 Official World Records. Sue is
without a doubt the most qualified freediving instructor in the Red Sea
and she's affiliated to the proper teaching agency.
 Training

Freediving, Competition Freediving, Safety Freediver and Breathing
Relaxation. Courses are taught in association with Aquarius Diving Club,
Marriot Hotel, Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt.
Everybody
remember Jacques Mayol, Enzo Maļorca and the movie "The Big Blue". In
the early years of freediving there were very few freedivers competing,
and records were set all the time. These early freedivers were
passionate about the sport and lived to freedive. Without them, modern
freediving could never have become what it is today.

also arranges special excursions to Shaab El Erg which is well known for
its encounters with wild dolphins. Here you'll have a great experience
putting what you learned during the course and training into action and
compete with natures own master in freediving.
