FUNNY STUFF
|

When coming up with a slogan...
It's important to
figure out what's important to point out about the company. Bull's Restaurant
has made it clear that for them "taste matters". That's good to know. This is
the print on the bag you'll get your take-away food in.
|

Over Loadus Maximus...
You can get lot
more on to the back of a Toyota Pick Up than most people think...
You can also let your
kids sit on the top for a safe ride to work.
|

Be
Careful with what you throw away...
Is this really the
"Undersea Adventures I've heard of? It doesn't look much like a dive centre and
the sign is upside down...
Reuse and recycling is
of course a good thing but if the sign of your business ends up on an old shack
like this it might not be the best advertising.

The Broplem to distinguish Petween
B and P

Left
Chris Clausen from Orca Dive Clubs
Came back to the office after some errands on the town and put this ticket on my
desk. It's from the parking area outside old Papa's Bar, next to Abu Ashara. You
pay 2 Egyptian pounds for the parking and as a bonus you get a ticket and a
laugh.

Right
This truck was photographed in El
Queseer Not only is it a Chevrolet with direct "in jection". It's also made in
Jaban!! Where is that?

Limo Service El Gouna Style?
And they say El Gouna is the
luxurious part... Well... Looking at what you get if you call for a Limousine
I'm not so sure that's the case...

Funny
Street
Signs...
Just as
you're leaving Hurghada on the way north you pass the big mosque and a lot of
funny traffic signs with useful recommendations.
|
|

Try to keep in mind that you
need a drivers licence to drive a car and to get a drivers license you
must be of legal age...
Is your kid of legal age and
if so; does your kid have a drivers license?
No? Then don't let it drive
your car... |
|

Ok... One thing that we must
not jeopardize is of course the civilized way of traffic in Egypt. It
would be a disaster if we'd lose the reputation we built up... |

This shop with it's
unfortunate name is to be found in El Queseir. |

I got
this mail from
Stephanie who was on Blue Fin November 2008.
Hi Anders,
Just taken a peek at your web site and thought you might like to add this
snap to your collection. It is in fact the restaurant where the coach
stops (El Queseir?) between Hurghada and Marsa Alam.
Plainly not a restaurant
for the blind!
Thanks for a great weeks diving last week!
Best wishes
Stephanie |

Good to know if I grow old in El
Queseir.
I'll have a club to go to. |
Hurghada

This sign you find on the way from
El Arosa Square (the roundabout with the little mermaid) to Ministry Of Sound.
At one point a few years ago you
could see four signs on the hotel, all with different spelling.
Do you think they are trying to
hide the spelling mistake by letting the bushes grow around it?
When the reps from "Fritte" stayed
here in 2000 they called the place "Hotel Evil".

If you want to protect your
leather products from being bleached by the sun but you still want by
passers to know what you sell in your shop you might want to mark the sun
screen with big letters to avoid confusion...
This shop can be found on
the parallel street to the main strip in Segalla behind McDonald's.
|

I've also seen another
version of the same sentence that was even more funny. That said:
Have An Ice Day
Unfortunately I didn't
have my camera that day... |

Weird products:
If your wife comes
home with a bottle like this with a smile like that...
Hide all sharp
objects...
