Meet Kimmo Hagman -
underwater photographer extraordinaire. He was born in Hanko - Finland but moved
to the Maldives in 1989 where he was working as a dive instructor on the island
of Kuredo for 10 years. There he also developed his interest for marine life and
his skills for under water photography.
Since 1999 he is working in Hurghada - Egypt where he is in charge of Colona
Divers. "The Red-Sea is one of the most colourful seas in the world, and I am
very happy, since I get to take a lot of pictures during daily dives and dive
safaris" he says. Kimmo is using the
D200, D100 and the analogue 801s for underwater and land photography. The
underwater housings come from Sealux and Sea & Sea.
