Finding the pulse of Cairo

 

Sometimes I have to go to Cairo for one reason or another. It can be a renewal of passport or something of similar excitement factor. Then of course I try to get some time to explore, normally I try to stay off the beaten track to see the real Egypt but I have also visited the obligatory sights. Even if it took me more than 4.5 years in Egypt before I saw the pyramids...
